The experience as teachers in this new modality due to pandemic, has challenged us to modify, adapt, and adjust all our teaching methodologies in a digital framework. Even if working with technology was not new to us, in this opportunity the whole environment had to change into the virtual world.
In this case, the sports practice had to move to the enclosed space of our homes, where we had limitations of space and availability of materials. For this reason, new and diverse strategies were adapted and laid out. Most were interactive, using technology as a way of continuing with a ludic-sports teaching that would be gratifying not only for the students, but also for us teachers.
During pandemic we had to face different challenges, but these turned into an opportunity of increasing creativity by being resourceful and teaching the class in a different way, even more because of its practical nature. Thanks to the training we had on the project, we can see this experience, achieving at the same time the MIE EXPERT certification with other colleagues. We looked for a way of being innovative from how we obtained, produced, and delivered knowledge, to the way we faced it to transform it in the educational environment. Learning was immersed in a constant advance due to this situation which brought benefits to new ways of education and enrichment with new alternatives to address the learning diversity and thus reflect them in the competencies of the 21st century, applying them to the pedagogical model that was already established for the school year.
