AEXAA
AEXAA is the Association of Alumni of the Colegio Andino, which promotes integration, solidarity, communication, union, and the sense of belonging in the school, allowing to maintain the link and support of the institution.
It comprises graduates, their families, teachers, students, the German colony, and other people who have some relationship with the school, making it possible to form highly relevant academic and social, professional networks and groups.
Mission
Facilitate access to Colombian and German cultures and promote the teaching of German and English.
Vision
Through the media, to achieve active participation of the majority of alumni in the programs they develop, including collaboration with the integral development of our institution and a commitment to the historical memory of Colegio Andino.

ASOPANDINO
The Association of Parents of the Colegio Andino – ASOPANDINO is a non-profit organization that serves as a communication channel between parents and the different school levels, supporting joint interest projects and promoting cooperation and communication with educators and directors of the school.

Parents Council
The Parents’ Council is a body for the participation of the school’s parents, ensuring their continuous collaboration in their children’s educational process and elevating the quality of the academic service.
Among its objectives are:
- Promote and maintain a healthy coexistence between parents in general.
- Promote a climate of trust, understanding, integration, solidarity, and agreement among all levels of the educational community.
- Promote training activities for parents to develop support strategies for students to facilitate the consolidation of learning, encourage the practice of extracurricular study habits, improve self-esteem and the atmosphere of coexistence, especially those aimed at promoting children’s rights.
- Support the artistic, scientific, technical, and sports activities organized by the school and accompany the educational process in fulfilling its responsibility to improve the skills of students in different areas and the development of their citizenship values.
Teachers Council
The Teachers Council represents the teaching body, made up of Colombian and German teachers. It comprises at least one teacher from each school section (kindergarten, primary, intermediate, high school).
Through the Teachers Council, each teacher can express their concerns and proposals to the Rectory. The main task of the Council is to take care of the work environment in the school and among the teachers and improve it if necessary.
Student council
The Student Council is the highest representative body for students to communicate with the Board of Directors, the Rectory, the Professors, and other school organs. It comprises four high school students with the following positions: a president (who must be in 12th grade), a vice president, a treasurer, and a secretary.
The primary function of the Student Council is to develop programs that involve students seeking their well-being. For this, different committees are formed to carry out specific tasks under the supervision of the Council. Events are also held where funds are raised for social purposes and the benefit of the entire educational community.
Personería
The Personería is the voice of the entire student body. This part of the School Government is made up of two 12th grade students, who must be democratically elected to assume the positions of Personero (Student President) and Vicepersonero (Student Vicepresident).
The primary function of the Personería is to promote the rights and duties of the students, enshrined in the Community Handbook. They must ensure the well-being of the student community, always favoring those who need it most.
