German Baccalaureate -Abitur
The Colegio Andino is a German school of excellence abroad in which its students can obtain the German International Baccalaureate – Abitur. The Abitur is a qualification offered by and under the supervision of the German State, which in turn is equivalent to that provided by schools aimed at higher education (Gymnasien) in Germany and culminates with written and oral examinations. This studies completion certificate offers the possibility of admission to German and European universities and other countries such as the United States and thus, corresponds to an admission title for various university careers.
As in all German schools abroad in which Abitur is offered, at the Colegio Andino, a German High-School coordinator, who knows the rules and particularities of this process in-depth, works with the principal and is the contact person for students and their parents.
