Within the framework of our Mutual Care and Academic and Pedagogical Performance pillars, the teachers from Andinitos to 12th grade received specific training in topics of Communication and Pedagogy that directly impact the quality of the interactions we have with students, parents and colleagues. The goal is to continue working in developing skills and strategies that help us preserve good relationships.
