The “Marrano solidario” is a tradition with over 30 years that intends to promote generosity and empathy. Our 3rd grade students save money that later is donated to the students of the Scalas School, who use it to celebrate their First Communion and for their academic needs. This is an interdisciplinary project in Andino that connects the Religion Department, the Art Department for decorating the piggy banks, and the Math Department for counting the money.
