The first regional training (REFO) of the Pedagogical Development and Regional Training Center (Pädagogisches Entwicklungszentrum – PEZ) brought together 14 teachers from German schools in Ecuador, Venezuela, and Colombia around the topic of Classroom Management. The meeting fostered the exchange of experiences, analysis of pedagogical strategies, and reflection on classroom management as a key element to strengthen teaching and learning processes.
